We See You Continues in 2026

We See You will continue in 2026. Our concerts in 2025 were not only exceptionally beautiful, they left traces. As a dear colleague said, it was striking how easy it was to truly come together on a deep level. We found a social and at the same time authentic stance that allowed us to respond to what we experience every day, and to feel that this carrying and being carried was shared by many – across Switzerland.

Violence hurts,  here as well. Witnessing people being denied their right to exist, and seeing how the poorest and most vulnerable so often pay the highest price, is unbearable. It creates helplessness, anger and radicalization.

We See You will continue to open a cultural space in which the personal is transformed into shared, consciously shaped intimacy. A space where experiences, pain and contradictions do not merely become visible, but are given a form that enables collective perception. In this deliberate condensation, music emerges: a place where the unspeakable is not put on display, but held.

Standing together releases energy. An energy that does not remain abstract, but becomes effective: through our shared presence, through concerts and projects, financial resources are also generated. These resources allow us to support organizations that continue to work under the most difficult conditions in Gaza. In this way, solidarity becomes tangible, and cultural action connects with practical responsibility.

Art - open and free art - is an ethical space. Cultural practitioners act ethically when they enable diversity, foster reflection and allow new ideas to emerge. This stands in direct opposition to decisions that restrict possibilities, to slogans and opinion-making.

We continue. Much remains open: new paths, different approaches, more prospectives and, of course, community, solidarity, and the awareness that human rights must remain at the highest priority in our constitutional values. In 2026, we invite you to participate again, to witness, and to contribute.
