With our concert series WE SEE YOU, we aim to provide direct support to the people of Gaza, who are particularly affected by ongoing conflicts and the humanitarian crisis. Therefore, we have decided to donate half of the proceeds from our concerts to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the other half to the Ghassan Abu Sittah Children’s Fund (GASCF).
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is a globally recognized humanitarian organization providing essential aid in conflict zones such as Gaza. The ICRC protects the wounded and detainees, ensures medical care, and advocates for compliance with international humanitarian law. Due to its neutrality and impartiality, it is often one of the few organizations with access to the most difficult-to-reach areas, delivering life-saving support directly on the ground. More information can be found at: https://www.icrc.org
The Ghassan Abu Sittah Children’s Fund (GASCF) focuses specifically on children and youth in Gaza who are particularly vulnerable due to war and violence. Named after the Palestinian-American pediatric surgeon Dr. Ghassan Abu Sittah, GASCF provides medical care, psychosocial support, and educational projects aimed at giving young people hope and future opportunities. More details are available at: https://www.gascf.org
By choosing these two organizations, we want to ensure that the proceeds from our concert series reach those in greatest need in a targeted and effective way: in Gaza. This way, we offer not only a musical contribution but also concrete humanitarian aid to people in one of the most challenging crisis regions of our time.
