Enrico Teofani is a trombonist, vocalist, and sound artist whose musical journey spans a wide range of experiences, from classical orchestras and brass bands to big bands and various jazz ensembles. Alongside his work as a trombonist, he is deeply engaged with the voice as a singer and soloist in choirs, vocal projects, and workshops.
Starting from the voice—which he considers the most beautiful and universal of all instruments—he seeks to move beyond conventional approaches and explore its vast expressive possibilities. He then brings these discoveries into his work with the trombone.
Around ten years ago, he joined Ensemble Sous-Sol, where he found like-minded musicians and a space in which to express himself and share music in a completely intuitive way.
