Natalie Peters is a vocalist in the field of improvised music. She also works interdisciplinarily with performance art, theatre, and poetry. Natalie has been part of Ensemble Sous-Sol since its foundation, providing continuity and a space for rehearsals in her studio. She does not necessarily define herself as the leader of the collective, but she structures and focuses rehearsals and provides impulses for the development of themes and ideas.
Since 2022, she has also organized the music festival Frequenze Libere, which takes place twice a year in Locarno. Her studio in Locarno offers musicians and artists a space to develop and exchange ideas and projects. As an artist and organizer, she seeks a lively creative dialogue between the spirit of the times and a life-oriented artistic attitude, with the aim of enriching and expanding cultural contexts.
