Carovana091 has the honor of curating a panel discussion as part of the RöstiBrücke Symposium 2026. The event will explore the experiences and motivations behind We See You, reflecting on why it matters and what it would mean if we chose not to act.
We See You is an initiative by Carovana091 in Locarno, inspired by Sound the Alarm by Clayton Thomas in Sydney. In autumn 2025, six concerts took place in six Swiss cities, bringing together nearly 70 musicians. All proceeds were donated to humanitarian organizations active in Gaza.
But We See You is more than a benefit series. It is a collective statement by the independent scene, an act of taking a stand and opening a space in which current social and political realities can be processed artistically.
The RöstiBrücke Symposium is a translinguistic exchange programme for sound artists in Switzerland, active since 2022. Over three days, the festival brings together musicians, artists and organisers from different linguistic regions to create a space for encounters, collaboration and discussion.
